I was lucky enough to stay in a lakefront room at St Julian, thanks to Miss Wilson, the helpful GM. The room was large, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Wineport Lodge even surprised us with an upgrade to a suite, making our stay extra special.
The hotel offers fabulous views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were fabulous, overlooking the beautiful lake with private balconies; however, some maintenance issues like worn carpets and a faulty toilet were noticeable. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, although they seemed busy at times. The location is fabulous, like a mini retreat, but the restaurant might be overpriced. The dining experience was lovely, but some dishes were only okay. Facilities are well-maintained with beautiful views.

The bed was cozy, and I enjoyed the peaceful ambiance with great views of the lake, especially during sunset. The service was top-notch, with talented and creative staff making every dish a delight. The location was breathtaking, overlooking the lake and providing a fabulous and quiet retreat. The dining experience was superb, and the facilities were excellent.
